Problem

Something went wrong when installing/upgrading/uninstalling the RefinredWiki Original Theme.

Confluence still thinks that RefinedWiki original theme is the active theme. Here is away to change the theme to the default theme again.

Solution

Goto this URL to login: http://www.yourdomain.com/login.action?decorator=none

If you are using 3.2 or later you have to authenticate: http://www.yourdomain.com/authenticate.action?decorator=none&destination=/admin/console.action

And finally change the theme: http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/choosetheme.action?decorator=none

Now you can install the Original Theme again.
