Hi Emil,
due to your provided theme-layout I have no use of the topmost area of the layouts containing search field and breadcrumb.
I created a customized search field topmost in the space news area and for navigation I use scrollbar, Table of content and linking, pagetree is embedded in pages and starts from specific pagetree positions.
Refinedwiki gives to me the ability to just show people what is really needed. Thats the real advantage of RefinedWiki for me.
So I like to switch the topmost area off and save some top space so that all comes up a little.
Any Idea?
Cheers, Klaus
ps.: By the way - within Edit mode the breadcrumb gets so long that it swaps out of his area and overlays buttons.

Hi,
how we can change the size from the two columns?

Hi Ralf,
This is a feature which will be included in the next version of the Original Theme. You will be able to add more columns and change the size of them.

Hi all.
i want to use a link from the dashboard to switch to a exist tab.
Is there a way to do this with /category/sub-dashboard.action?categoryKey=bestpractice
I can use the http://servername because confluence is behind a apache as reverse proxy with different subdomains.
Regards
Ralf

Hi Ralf,
You could use the html macro. Then the code will look like this:

Hi Emil,
On my installation of RefinedWiki and Confluence, only nine category tabs (including dashboard) are displayed on the dashboard. However, the 'Manage Categories' page does not set a limit to the number of categories one can create. So I am thinking that I should be able to see more than nine category tabs on dashboard? How do I do that?
Many thanks,
A.

Hi again Emil,
I just found the solution to my question. I had set 'Site width mode' to fixed instead of dynamic.
Thanks,
A.

I'm testing the theme on confluence 3.0.2. But after I disable "News System", the News is still displayed on Dashboard.
Plus, I don't see there is a option for "Max news items".
Emil Sjödin
Hi Hui,
When you disable the news system the buttons on pages and blogpost are removed. You have to remove the rw-news macro from the dashboard. You find more information about editing the dashboard here: Edit the dashboard
About the Max news items. This feature are deprecated and moved th the rw-news macro. We have forgot to remove it from this documentation page.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers
Hui Zhou
That's clear. Thanks for your quick response.

Hi,
I'm using latest version of the theme library. My Category drop down desing is set to default but my colors are still white. How do I change it to back as you have it ?
Thanks,
VladimirZ
Emil Sjödin
Hi Vladimir,
Please try to refresh your browser. Maybe the old styles are cached.

Hi,
is it possible to configure a fix global Logo and Logos for every categorie without overwriting the global Logo? I would like to have custom Logos for each category in the Popup dialog but just one global logo.
By the way: Is it possible to show custom space logos in the {spaces-in-category}-Macro?
Thanks,
Hans
Emil Sjödin
Hi Hans,
No thats not possible. If you add a logo to a category it will be override the global logo.
Yes, you can use the showLogo=true parameter on the spaces-in-category macro.

Hello,
I need to change back the footer content "Powered by Atlas..." by the Confluence standard footer because it is a self made with different links.
it is still active with the admin panel, so it must be easy
How can I achieve this ?
thanks for help.
Michael
Emil Sjödin
Hi Michael,
You can't do it in that way. To modify the footer you need to create a custom design. Go to Browse > confluence admin > RefinedWiki Original Theme > Manage designs. Click on create custom design and choose the design you are using as "Start from design:". Go to the bottom section and do your changes.
After that you can assign your design in the theme configuration page.

Hi Emil.
Looks simple and nice.
thanks for the tip.
I take the oppotunity to ask another question regarding the theme configuration.
I came to realise that when displaying the dashboard, word "dashboard" ("tableau de bord" in french) appears three time:
Not that i'm not a fan of the dashboard, but is it possible to remove two of them.
Maybe I did a mistake or it appears only on certain conditions...
i have an image showing this, but i cant deposit image on this comment.
Thanks for tips.
Michael

I would like to add my space logo to the left column of my page and I am having a hard time doing it using wiki markup. Does anyone have any code snip that I can copy/paste for this?
